For more than eight years, Andres served as the senior agent on one of Manhattan’s top-producing real estate teams, where he played a leading role in advising clients on complex and high-profile transactions throughout the city’s premier residential market.
 
Notable transactions include a $70.5 million full-floor penthouse at 432 Park Avenue, the $46 million sale of 973 Fifth Avenue, and the $29 million sale of 6–8 East 82nd Street, representing The Metropolitan Museum of Art. His experience also includes significant residences at Central Park Tower, One57, and 220 Central Park South, as well as a record-setting $500,000 per month exclusive lease at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel.
